New Client Registration

Please click the "Register" button below your selected counselor at the bottom of this page.  This will direct you to a client portal page for your counselor.  Then, please take the following steps:

• click the "Register as a new patient / client" button (don't forget to write down your password),
• complete the "biographical data" form when prompted (please do not opt out),
• click to submit your data, and
• check your email for a message from "donotreply@psychselect.com" for additional forms. Please complete and bring these forms to your first appointment.

Your counselor will be notified when you’ve completed the new client registration process, and she will contact you to schedule your first appointment. We look forward to working with you!
